Valentine Packages
Policy
We are based Pontiac, MI. We will travel within a 45 mile radius to your desired location. If the location requires a parking
pass we will require an additional $25 parking fee.

All orders will need to be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the setup date.
All orders will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking & the remaining balance is due 2 days prior to the date of the setup.
Changing placed orders causes delays so once an order is placed it is final.
If a client needs to reschedule, notification is required at least 7 days prior to the setup date & you will be able to reschedule at no additional cost.
If a client reschedules at anytime past the 7 day mark , 50% of the remaining balance will need to be paid in order to reschedule.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE
